Shipping and Delivery

We have partnered with reputable courier companies to ensure your fireplace and required fittings are delivered safely to you – NATIONWIDE

How shipping and delivery works?

  • Your order will be prepared for delivery once full payment is received.
  • Your order should reach you in 5 to 7 working days depending on your location from our distribution centres and subject to stock availability. Our logistics department will communicate this to you before orders are finalised.
  • Please ensure the full and accurate delivery address and contact information of the person receiving the delivery is included on the order form.
  • Your order will be delivered to the closest access point of the delivery/property address. The courier drivers are not obligated to deliver your order inside your property and may require assistance with the offloading of your order. Fireplaces can weigh up to 100kg. It is highly recommended to have someone assist with the offloading. ECONOFIRE will not be held liable for damages or injuries incurred during the offloading of orders.
  • Should the couriers be required to deliver to an alternative address to that specified on the order, ECONOFIRE has the right to charge you additional fees to cover the additional expenses. ( time and fuel).

VERY IMPORTANT

  • On delivery, WE HIGHLY recommend a thorough inspection of your order before signing the delivery notes. Packaging must be removed with care to reuse, should your order need to be returned. Photos of the damage must be recorded before and after removing the packaging, as well as any noticeable damage to your order.  Damages must be reported to ECONOFIRE iimmediately at info@econofire.co.za and all damages must be noted on the delivery note with the courier driver present before signing . Please keep a copy for your records.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance will not cover damages reported after the courier driver has left.
